- The Gordon Presbyterian Church is famous for its association with the author, Ralph Connor. We will keep you informed of our activities so that you know what events will be taking place in the Hall. We are always looking for new courses and events that we can host. For more information, to let us know of interesting activities, or to enroll in one of our events, please contact us. Website/Webpage: www.GlengarryPlace.ca/Contact.cfm
March
- To promote Celtic festivities at home and afar are our main objectives. Also we wish to hold a few events in partnership with other organizations whom we hope will approach us for assistance. One to note would be a week long music and language workshop in the Maxville area. The date to be announced. All existing music and language classes throughout our region are in full swing at present. We applaud Ian MacLoed’s Ceilidh Fiddlers CD for a job well done. The future of fiddling is in very capable hands. We can always use more help with the work ahead. It does not mean a lot of time, just a helping hand from time to time. If you are not already a member of Glengarry Place for the Arts, the cost is a very reasonable $10.00 annually per person and your support would be greatly appreciated. Julia Danskin
